Small world with one HUGE girl

Your body freezes suddenly, no longer controlled by you. A gigantic girl wearing a short frilly light blue dress appears outside the playhouse, startling the daylights out of you. The "little girl," who is dressed like she's 8 years old but looks more like, oh, 18 (judging by her "endowments" on her chest and other physical features), crouches down next to the playhouse and looks in at you. She has brown hair which is rolled up in cute little curls and a blue ribbon in her hair.

Looking at you, the girl says, "Dance class is over! Time to dress up for the party!" Grabbing your frozen body, she pulls off your tutu, tights, and ballerina slippers. She slides a pair of pink panties up your legs, then picks up the pink party dress and pulls it over your head. She puts a pair of 3-inch pink high heels on your dainty feet. Finally, she brushes your long blonde hair and ties a pink ribbon into it.

After finishing your "makeover," the girl picks you up with her thumb on your crotch and one finger on your panty-covered butt. "Pretty dolly," she says in a low tone.
