A cave? In the desert?

You follow the trickling noise of water to a little crack on a wall of sand. You brush some of the dust away with your claw to find a large rock. Knowing you are a scorpion you decide to find out where the water is coming from and start digging under the rock. The sand gets damper and damper untill you fall through a hole into a dimly lit cave. You walk deeper for about six miles, all the while the cave getting colder and colder. You can even see your breath. With your acute hearing, you hear another rustling behind you. It's loki again.

"Hello, Hello, how's our little sand-bug doing?"

"You! You bastard, change me back or I'll eat you!" You know your threat is a feeble one. Loki would just change you into something else.

"Relax. I have something to show you." Loki reaches up and grabs a handful of the strange looking moss. It's not green, it's blue.

"Bullshit, you expect me to trust you after what you've put me through?" You wince at the pain in your leg as you speak. You need help.

Loki grins. "This moss is one of the most powerful medicines in the world. I must congratulate Skadi at hiding it so well. It took me two millenia to find this cave. Eat some moss."

He's getting impatient with you...
