Fight or Flight - Flight sounds good

You turn and run away as fast as you can. Richard snarls and gives chase. In an attempt to lose him, you dash into the woods, constantly maneuvering through the trees and moving as fast as you can. But Richard simply plows through the woods with greater ease, and quickly catches up to you. He tackles you to the ground in a clearing and grins evilly. You scream for help, but to no avail.

"There's no one around for miles. No one can save you now..." Richard hisses. He makes as if to move in on you, but a strange sound, somewhere between a wooshing and a buzzing, eminates throughout the area. A strange disembodied voice speaks from everywhere at once: I wouldn't be so sure of that

There is a bright flash that appears out of nowhere, and when it clears, Richard is unconcious on the ground and a stange man stands in front of you. He is dressed entirely in black, wears a black cape, and has spiky black hair and strangely yellow eyes that seem to glow in the darkness.

You tremble as you stand up. "W-who-who are you?" you stammer.

The strange man grins. "My name is Pzyche. You called for help, did you not? I answered that call. And yes, I am psychic, yes I can read your mind, yes I do know of your predicament, and as for Richard, I rendered him comatose. No I do not know of a way to solve your predicament, but if you ever have need of my assistance you have only to ask."
