Hey, what happened to Britney?

As Hugo departs, you call to him. "Hey! You`re leaving? Just like that?"

"Just like that," Hugo replies with a nod.

You turn around and look in Britney�s direction. She is lying on her back near you, but you cannot tell if she is still alive. The pink party dress she had been wearing is gone. She is once again wearing the Daisy Duke shorts, white tank top, and high heels she had been wearing when Mistress Laurie first summoned her (see page 643 of the story).

You look back in Hugo`s direction to demand an explanation from the mysterious armored warrior. He is nowhere to be seen.

You bend down to Britney�s side to check for any sign of life. Is she alive or . . . .?
