Game 1 | Game 1 Outline |
The orb flashes black and you feel strange all over, and suddenly it ends. You stumble backwards, wondering what happened. Somehow, you feel heavier than before, and your movements are slower. Now terrified, you turn to run, but your body feels stiff and you can only manage a brisk walking pace.
Your movements slow further as your body continues to feel even stiffer, slowing you to a dragging walk, though you continue to push as best you can. Finally, your legs lock in place and refuse to move at all. You glance down and see to your horror that your body appears to be losing color, becoming grayish. Terrified, you start screaming, but to no avail. By now, you can barely move your arms, and you reach out pathetically as they lock in place, your left arm hanging limply held slightly out to the side, your right arm reaching out desperately. Your screams have degraded to whimpers now, as your throat and mouth harden in place. Finally, your face locks in position, mid-whimper, as your entire body ceases all trace of movement and your skin is left a smooth slate gray. Your mind, however, remains conscious, and you can still see, hear, etc. even though your body is now just a statue.
