Never Pick Up Strangers

Just as you are about to pull off with Bugs, Loki hands you a package.

"Since you are going to the hospital you might as well take this package for me...", says Loki through the window.

You grab the package from the strange man and just as it hits the seat next to you a noise protrudes from it. Unable to understand what exactly it is you just ignore it and put the car into drive.

About a mile later you hear the noise again....
