This place seems dreadfully familiar . . .

After falling through the trap door, you manage to fall again through a very ornate mirror.

Yon think to yourself 'Haven't I seen that mirror somewhere before?' as you continue to fall. You finally land on some conveniently placed pillows.

'Pillows?' you think 'Why are there a bunch of pillows in a pile here?'

The only reason you can tell they are pillows is because of a dim light coming from a door behind you opened just slightly. All that you can see is the single light, nothing else in that room. You take a look at the pillows again and notice that many of them are stained with a dried red substance. It only takes a second for you to put two and two together and realize that substance is blood!

'This is bad!' You think 'Got to get moving!'

You open the front door of the building and rush out onto the street. After a bit of walking in the dark with no flashlight and only dimly lit street lamps to tell you that this is a road at all, you stumble upon a sign with the four words you were hoping you'd never have to read and you suddenly know why you recognized that mirror. The sign says, in bold red letters:

Welcome to Silent Hill!

'You've got to be kidding me' you think.

You turn to try and go back, but discover you can't. There is suddenly an enormous chasm behind you effectively cutting the road off, and unless you can fly, which you find you can't regardless of all the odd things that have happened, you have no choice but to enter this nightmare of a town!
