You wake briefly to find it is dark. You look up through the grass at the stars you can see in the sky far above you through the small opening in the grass caused by you laying there. Still tired, you go back to sleep.
When you wake up again it is light. But the opening in the grass above you is partially blocked by new, short grass. You glace at your arms and see grass is actually growing out from the goo in your fur. The same has happened to all of your fur, and the roots of the grass run around you and bind you to the ground.
Pulling and twisting, you find you cannot turn or get up. The only part you can move is the end of your tail that was sitting in the goo patch, and it is very heavy.
Looking back up, you notice the opening you could see the sky from has become more blocked by the growing grass.
