Here Goes Nothing...

Ignoring the Old Man's colorful language, you take the shot and dash across the room, as nimble as tiny hopping legs could be! He swivels around to face you, and just your luck, his tale knocks the hand mirror gliding towards you as trip over yourself to catch it. You fumble to a steady grip just as the older kangaroo sends his spell your way. All you can do is hold out your shield pathetic and hope... A blinding white light overcomes the room. You can only hear muffled ringing. Your whole body feels numb, floating in the unknown abyss you truly belong to. Have you...Everything turns dark and cold, and with a grating rush, you feel your self though into reality again. Your still you, a helpless joey, alone with a mirror and the memories of adulthood. The wicked Kangaroo King is nowhere in sight. Until you look down. The strange terror that was the kangaroo wizard, who claimed to hold the end of racism, was a stuffed animal. The book was now just brown and white felt sowed in his hands. Shoot, how were you going to turn back now?
