You decide not to even bother! Why the hell would you go back to the scene of the wreck! You turn and run off into the woods, which is hard with the heels, but luckily there is a house nearby. You can see the porch lights, and as you get up to the door, you peer into the window, but the house seems dark. You're not sure what's happened, maybe you fell asleep at the wheel and now you're in a coma having a strange dream about being a woman. Maybe something unbleievable is happening and that bouncing feeling is real, and maybe the bra you're now wearing is a bit too snug, because something feels even weirder than before.
