You realise that your best hope of survival is surprise, so you leap up screeching.
The startled monster stares at you, and with a mighty swing of your sword you strike off one of his heads.
He falls to the ground in what you think is a deathly convulsion, but instead you are stunned to see his body re-mould into that of a handsome warrior.
He gets up, and throws his arms around your womanly frame kissing you deeply.
When the embrace ends, he explains that he came into the caves to end the fearsome rule of the wicked Altheron, who out of spite transformed him into that monster. It was Altheron, in the guise of a friendly old man, who I had been with and was now dead.
It had taken the blow from Calibur to remove the extra head, and the spell with it.
You and the warrior, Pathros, leave the cave arm in arm and walk to that same glade where Petros had his way with you This time you go willingly as the prize, but also with Pathros as your prize.
You lie together in a tight embrace, as you realise how just because you are now a woman does not make you a different person. It's the packaging that's changed, along with some associated desires, and you now have no real wish to be a man again, but if you were you could cope.
