" . . . a Barbie doll!"

" . . . a Barbie doll!"

Your new body parts reflect some of the gleam from the overhead lights. Your chest shows no signs of movement since your boobs are, well, plastic. You marvel at the perfect shape of your hips, your legs, your arms, and other areas on your doll form. You begin to experiment with yourself.

Being a Barbie doll, you soon learn, gives you the unusual ability to turn your head a full 360 degrees; you can look at your back without using a mirror! This new talent allows you to more carefully examine your clothing. In place of the childish tutu and tights you had been wearing is a dress with a white bodice with lace on the wrists and a ruffly skirt that has light blue mixed with a flowery pattern. A pair of light blue heels adorns your feet, and a light blue hat with more white lace rests on the floor beside you.

Surprisingly, you find that you are able to bend your elbows, allowing you to push a piece of your blonde hair away from your lovely, but artificial, face. With some difficulty, you rise. Your toes are molded in a pointed fashion that does not allow your heels to touch the ground. Without the light blue heels on, you probably could not stand.

"Now you are one of us," sneers a white stuffed elephant standing a few feet away. A terrible thought dawns on you: I'm smaller than just about every toy here! Now I'm really in trouble. All the stuffed animals and rag dolls begin to howl with laughter . . . .

Then, suddenly, the laughter ceases. Footsteps can be heard outside the room. The toys scatter and assume positions in various places in the room. As the mysterious footsteps enter, your doll body freezes up and you fall on your back. Who is that?, you wonder fearfully.
