ROAR!

As the fur covers your body, your bones start to crack and shift, forcing themselves into a new frame. Your muscles and skin soon follow suit, as what makes up your body is made to conform to the shape of a big cat of some sort.

"Ah, I see you're almost done," the doctor announces from a safe vantage point beyond the reach of your tortured frame. "I see you've noticed the results of our little tiger formula. Of course, you're not, strictly speaking, turning into a tiger.

You aren't sure what he means, until you feel a strange sensation in your groin.

"Unfortunately," Dr. Lengths continues, "we've had to alter the formula a little for transformations such as yours. You see, some of our . . . patients . . . were too young to be turned into fully grown adults, and we've had to reduce them to cubs. Our wolves are taken care of, and we've got more than enough lionesses to fill ten prides. We've simply been lacking tigresses to help with the feeding of our tiger cubs."

You listen in shock as he continues. "So we changed the formula just for you. Well, there are a few others we want to change, too. But you are one of the first to experience the new formula. The other tigresses have had too much of an ... independent streak ... for their own good, and so we had to ... eliminate them, so to speak. So it was back to the drawing board, where we came up with the new formula. You see, those tigresses lacked the motivation to care for our cubs. That's where you come in. Along with your physical transformation, you will undergo a mental one. Since you're the first of the new batch of tigresses, of course, we're not quite certain how much of your mind will suddenly find itself thinking about raising cubs, but we're willing to bet that they're going to be the center of your world before long."

You try to cry out, to protest, but the only sounds that emerge are tigrine roars.

"At least we put those other tigresses to use in our experiment," the doctor said to himself, and you notice that there is a rather large cage on the far wall of the room, containing cubs. Not realizing it, you smell the air, and notice that they're mostly female. You wonder about them. Could they really be what was left of the first batch of humans-turned-tigress?

The doctor looks at his watch. "Now that I've wasted your time distracting you, it's about time for the new part of the formula to take effect. I assure, you, you'll think it's only natural to help raise those cubs back to adulthood."

Did he say back?

"It's too bad we had to erase their human minds in order for their brains to be able to still function as cubs. If we left their human minds intact, their brains would simply have been too big for their skulls. They would have died during the transformation."

Dr. Lengths gave an evi grin. "And now, if I'm not mistaken, it's time for the rest of yours."

Sure enough, your mind begins to fog, and you wonder if this the last chance of escape you'll ever get. Your tigress body feels the same terror as your human mind, as you begin to wonder if you'll be able to get out of this mess ...
