AARRGGHH! THE PAIN!!!!

You are in true pain as you feel more contractions. You then black out. When you come to, Sally is standing over you in an ambulance. You hear her speak, but it sounds far away. You distinctly hear "It won't be much longer..." before you black out again. When you come to, you're.... Wait! Where are you!?
