Tell her everything

Irene is standing in your doorway, so you invite her inside the dimly-lit room. "Irene?" you say. "Yes?" she replies. "I have something to tell you. I'm a werewolf." Irene stands there staring at you. Then she slowly approaches you, and says "Is this true?". You respond "Every word of it.". Irene looks at you, then she hugs you, sobbing as she does. What she does next makes your hair (and fur) stand on end!
