It seems like he is suffering from indigestion

You hear moaning from the wolf from the outside as he masages his stomach. You hear him groan "Ohhhh man this (BLURP) sucks." His belly swishes back and forth as he walks and lays on his back. "Wow this human is mighty stubborn, why did I eat him whole? Well I guess this belly ache is going to (BURP) last a while." He then masages his belly and you as he falls back asleep waiting for you to pass out the other end. Will you try to resist digestion to get him to suffer for consuming you alive, stop struggling just plunge into his intestine and get completely digested or try to plan a way out of the belly of the beast without becoming decafitated.
