Where is Fred? And how did Carla get that money?

"Hold on, where's Fred? He should be home by now."

"We'd better go back to the carnival" says Albert.

There is no sign of Fred where you last saw him so you go to Cara's tent. Peering in, you see her counting out a large amount of money and laughing.
