Fred in a Flap

Sneaking around the house, trying to avoid being seen by Raffles, you look for a phone to call the cops. By the time you find one, Raffles has finished and has shut the front door behind him.

You are about to dial 911 when you hear a grunting noise coming from the kitchen. Looking to investigate you see a familiar black wolf stuck fast in a cat flap

"Great...NNNGH!..Raffles has already been...NNNNNGH!"

"Fred?" you ask "Fred Jacobsen?"

"Yes. Who are you, how do you know my name, and how do I get unstuck from this darn flap?"
