A Strange Book

In the rubble, you find a strange book. Normally, you would toss it aside and keep looking, but something catches your eye. You pick the small book up awkwardly with your claws and lay it in front of Fred who is now tilting his head curiously.

You blow on the book, careful not to breath fire on it, and clear the dust from the cover. On the front of the book, you see a picture of a dragon and a wolf on the cover that look exactly like you and Fred. The title of the book reads "The Kingdom of Mythe: The Dragon and The Wolf".

You lay down the book and Fred nudges the book open with his nose. He quickly noses through a few pages and looks back up to you.

"All the pages are blank."

You sniff slightly before speaking.

"That's really weird... Not only is the book blank, but those pictures really look like us. It's beyond weird, it's creepy."

Just as you finish saying the word "creepy", a bright flash eminates from the book and your vision is completely blotted out by a bright searing light. When the light dies down, you and Fred find yourselves in an open field with huge monarch butterflies fluttering around you. Each one of the butterflies is roughly the size of one of your claws.

"What happened!? Where are we!?" Fred looked around frantically. He seemed to be bothered quite a bit by the giant butterflies. Some of them were as big as his head.

"I think it had something to do with that book..." You look around and don't see the book anywhere. "Are we in the land of Mythe now?"
