Locked in the stocks is one smoking dragon

"Stop banging that cage!" comes a voice behind you. You turn to see a small green dragon, it's claws shackled and locked in a set of stocks. "You're staring like you haven't seen a dragon before" says the dragon. "I haven't" you reply, amazed that you can talk.
