The yellow potion - is the correct choice

You pick up and drink the yellow potion. After a few moments pass, you are once again engulfed in a cloud of smoke. When it clears, you see that you have been returned to your normal male form.

The Bread Mage curses loudly several times before vanishing in a cloud of smoke.

The wolf looks up at you and growls. "Well, you're back to normal. That's great for you, but I'm still a wolf. What about me?"

He's right. You're right back to where this whole thing started.
