Belly and laughs!

"NOOO! HA HA HA HA HA!! STOPPITT! HEE HEE HEE HEE HEEE HOO HAAAA!!!!!!"

The laughter seems to be coming from a cellar in a nearby building. Bending down as much as you are able (which you are only able to do by going down on your huge belly while keeping your legs upright), you peer in through a small window and are amazed at what you see.
