Griffin in the stocks

When your eyes get ajusted to the dark you see a set of stocks in the corner. Locked inside it is an unusual prisoner.

Poking out of the lower holes are a pair of huge lion paws, and in the upper holes are large eagle claws, with an eagle's head between them. The paws and claws are also shackled together by chains.

"Is that...a GRIFFIN??" you gasp.
