"A penny for your thoughts," Fred offers.
"There are some things I don't understand," you tell him.
Fred smiles and says, "Me too! Like why Elton John is popular."
You give him a condescending look. "No, about this whole werewolf schtick. That is what we are, aren't we?"
Fred shrugs.
"All right," you continue; "you said that I was 'just like you' as far as the transformation is concerned. If so, then how come your groceries are all over the front yard in disarray?"
Without hesitation, Fred explains: "My forepaws changed first."
You start to ask what happened to his clothes, but you decide that you really don't want to know. Yours are probably shredded, but you can't stretch your neck to see.
