Ejected from your own body

From out of nowhere, a vaguely humanoid shadow slams into you. You feel an incredible, burning, slashing pain for what feels like several hours but is probably more like a few seconds. All of a sudden, the pain stops, abruptly and all at once. You feel wierd, but manage to shake it off.

All of a sudden, you realize something very odd: you are standing next to (what was once) your own body! Your body stops massaging itself and stands up and looks at you. You are shocked to see that its eyes are pure blackness. You look at yourself to see that you have reverted to the same female form you found yourself in when you woke up, but you are slightly transparent - you are a spirit! Your body looks at you evilly and chuckles in a dark, demonic voice before vanishing completely.
