Luke is still sitting there. He hasn't moved. You slide your hand into your pocket and touch the cold smooth steel of the Glock. But as you do Luke roars!!!! You freeze for a second because the volume of the roar shocks you. You decide that this is the time. You have to act now. You try to grab the gun but your hand won't move. You come to the sickening realization that what at first seemed like a split second of fear freezing you is something MUCH more. The tip of your finger is still touching the steel. You try to move your arm, then your leg, and nothing will move. You are FROZEN!!!
Luke speaks. In a very soft but deep tone. It sounds like growl but you understand the words. He tells you that he was a powerful sorcerer that has been alive for over 500 years. The magician that did this to him was more powerful than he. You realize that Luke knew. He knew about the gun, he knew what you were thinking and this scares you to the bone. He tells you that he needs an assistant, an apprentice, in order to beat his enemy. He is impressed with your bravery and says that he has chosen well in talking to you.
