Working for a Witch

And so the next day you and Fred begin working for Miss Swanja. (She arranged for you to take sick leave with your previous employees. Good job you both sound human over the phone)

Fred works nights as a guard dog-er, wolf and you work as a familiar during the day. All you have to do is sit on a cushion next to her while she works and just before she performs any magic she rubs your foot for luck.

As the days pass you find you rather enjoy your new jobs. You both get a roof over your head, 3 meals a day, a warm bed each and you enjoy the foot massarges she gives you!
