The tables turn

As the cold steel of the barrel presses against your neck, you try to think of a way to talk yourself out of this situation.

"Uh...Let's just talk this out, OK?" You say, your voice quivering involintarily.

"You didn't talk it out with me. But I'll give you the benifit of the doubt. What do you want to say?" The wolf says, still keeping the shotgun on the back of your neck.

"I just wanted to uh...appolijize for shooting you. I guess I just pannicked. I've never seen a talking wolf before you know."

The wolf seems to be thinking this over, you feel the barrel of the gun being removed from your neck.

"You are lucky. The last person that shot me ended up being strewn out all over the battlefeild. General Jackson was proud of my agressiveness. I would have gotten a promotion, exept General Jackson was shot before he wrote up the papers. I let you go, because you are a non-combatant. Had you been in the military, you would not be standing there now."

The wolf drops the shotgun and starts walking away. You remember that the wolf wanted to ask you something. Do you dare ask what the wolf wanted, considering you barely escaped that fiasco with your life? Or do you continue with your daily life and forget about this part of the day?
