Not Another Lone Wolf Joke

"Hey. Hey, boy. Hear me?" you ask, and the other werewolf pants absent-mindedly.

This is the reverse of The Wolf Man: instead of an ordinary wolf turning a man into a hairy man, a hairy man turns a man into an ordinary wolf. All right, not quite ordinary, but close enough. Therefore, you have the power to turn someone into an almost ordinary wolf, but no one you can create a pack with. On the bright side, the other werewolf appears more interested in chewing on clothing than on people. That means either more peace for everyone or more meat for you.
