Up: Game 2  Up: Game 2 Outline

Gee, this house just doesn't want to be entered....

"Crud," Fred says. "Could you still go in for me, though? I can just wait out here, and if you can't open the door you can just come out again."

"Yeah, sure," you say. "I'm probably locked out of my own place anyway." You turn and shove your head into the cat flap...

...and receive a jolt of electricity right through your body. You flinch, lying half-through the catflap, and gasp as you feel yourself begin to change again as first your skull, then the rest of your body on down begins to shift, stretch, and grow...

"Oh, shhh--" you begin to yell, as you scrabble with rapidly-morphing claws to pull yourself through before you become the one in a tight squeeze.

You almost make it. You're stretched across the floor all the way across the kitchen and into the hall when your right hind leg catches up to the rest of you and ... well, catches on the flap. You yowl in irritation, and glance back along your body at the door.

You notice two things. First, you seem to be a snow leopard now. Second, Fred is going to need a lot of money to replace those tiles.

Just as you think of him, you hear his voice from outside: "Hey, are you okay?"
