Cops and Ribbits

You awaken to find Fred licking your face. You also discover that your collar and tie has been loosened, allowing you to breathe normally. Your hands are still green and webbed, and if that wasn't enough you also see that your now bare feet are now large green webbed flippers! "What happened?" you ask

"I bit open your collar, to stop you choking." says Fred, discovering he can talk again "I knew your webbed feet would be too big for your shoes, so I bit them off too."

"Thanks, Fred." you say "But why am I a frog? And what happened to your voice back there?"

"We've got bigger problems!" says Fred, pricking up his ear "I hear a police car approching! They've traced your call!"
