Fred's stuck ring.

You fiddle with the ring on Fred's paw, but it won't come off. "It seems really stuck!" you say "Don't worry, I expect a bit of soap or grease will get it off."

The both of you go to Fred's place and after picking up what's salvagable from the groceries, take Fred up to the bathroom. You start rubbing soap all over his toe, but the ring remains stuck tight, refusing to budge.

Suddenly Fred feels a tingling in his paw. "Oh, no!" he says "That's the same feeling I got when I transformed into a wolf!". To your dismay, you also feel a tingling in your hands...
