The Patron Saint of Clams

You are aware of being in a realm of glowing light. Behind you, glowing pineapples float through the singing sky. You become aware of a glowing figure before you. "I am Bob, Patron Saint of Clams." he says. "As you have died most ignomiously, I am giving you a second chance." Gathering that this maniac is trying to help you, you hold your clam meat and pretend to smile. The glowingfigure waves a glowing hand and five pictures appear before you. " Choose the form you wish to be born again as."
