Fat Freddy the Werewolf

"Ooooooooooh!" groans Fred "I'm feeling very strange suddenly!".

Fearing that he may be about to barf, you keep your distance. Instead he seems to grow bigger. Not just fatter, but bigger. He seems to be changing in shape, too. His legs are straightening out, becoming thickers as the fat spreads to them. His feet grow bigger and more plantigrade - almost human-like. His hands at the end of his chubby arms are more prehensile too, with opposible thumbs. His head stays the same, only with pudgyer cheeks and multiple chins.

Fred slowly gets to his back feet, now a 7 foot tall, 500lb obese werewolf!
