Vangoys puts his foot down

"HELP! HELP!" you cry, struggling under the T-rex's huge foot "DON'T EAT ME!!"

"I'm not going to eat you!" replies the T-rex in a very familiar voice "I don't know where you've been!"

"VanGoys?".

The dinosaur nods.

"Thank goodness, I thought I was in trouble." you sigh with relief "Can you take your foot off me please?"

Vangoys just bends his head down to you. You can see he's not pleased. "You ARE in trouble! You were trying to catch and eat a creature of this time! You could have screwed up history! I'm not taking my foot off you until I'm sure you can be trusted!"

"But it's just a small rodent..AHHHHHH!" you wail as Vangoys applies more pressure with his massive foot.

"It may be a small rodent now, but creatures like that are the distant ancestors of today's mammals, including humans. It could be you direct ancestor! If you had killed it, you could have screwed history even more! Even caused a paradox that could have ripped apart the space time continium!"
