You shouldn't have done that

You turn around as you see the glowing form of the wolf, but it is transparent. It growls at you and lunges right into you. You feel dizzy and itchy as fur sprouts out of you. Your clothes rip and show off the new werewolf. You get control and look at yourself in a puddle.
