And how, for that matter, can he understand you?

"Sooo...," you begin to say, as the wolf draws nearer to you, "What say we let bygones be bygones and you explain some things to me."

The wolf is unresponsive as he continues to advance towards you. He doesn't SEEM angry, you think. You realize that you're still blushing uncontrollably - but you're not really embarrassed, you realize, so what gives? Your body feels very odd still, but that's to be expected since you did just change your species.

You sniff at him as he finally gets behind you, and you begin to feel nervous, uneasy, and a little frightened. These new smells are disorienting, and he seemed rather talkative before--

You snap back to attention; you expected him to just sniff you back there, but you just felt his tongue lick you. Back there. "What the f*ck!!" you yelp in surprise as you spin around to face him.

He's leering at you now. It crosses your mind that you may have to fight him to get him to tell you what you want to know... but that doesn't explain the strange feelings, the lick, or the seemingly endless blush... Your options seem limited at this point, and you back up against the wall of the nearest building to put distance between yourself and the wolf.
