Door #2

You open the door straight ahead of you and enter a large conservatory. Potted plants of all kinds line the walls, and at once, you are captivated by their lovely fragrance. You circle the room to take a look at each flower, each little bud, and to inhale its individual perfume. You lose track of time doing this and remain lost in thought until you feel a strange pain in the small of your back. Up around your shoulder blade, as well. Suddenly, the pain becomes excruciating. What do you do next?
