Training in the arts?

Your manager wakes you up. 'Are you ready to start training?!'

Before you can stand up (which takes a little while for you), he walks over to the wall with some chalk. There, he draws a rectangle on the wall all the way to the ground then draws an oval halfway down to the right. He steps back and it looks like he drew a door. He then goes to the oval as if he is going to open it like a door. Before you have a chance to think this guy is crazy, the door does open! Behind it is a swirling vortex. Your manager then turns around.

'You want to succeed as a sumo? Well, then we need to go to a special area. Only through this door is how you will succeed.'
