Unusual? Yes.

You wait. An hour passes and not so much as one car has budged. You grow impatient. Also, you notice that all the cars are on, which is not the most "energy efficient". An usually blue cloud rolls in. A nagging thought in the back of your head tells you to get out of the car and roam around town searching for people to beat up. After a while you could almost swear that the voice in your head just spoke out in real life. You look back to find that no one spoke.
