Good idea... OR BAD?

You see a magic wand on the floor. You pick it up and decide to try some spells. But there's no spell book. How are you supossed to cast spells without a spell book? Suddenly one drops out of the sky, which is odd because this room has a celing. You thumb through the pages, looking for as spell. Yoiu spy one.
