Cranking it to 11

Despite having rebounded from your job loss, Albert is still insistent that he get your weight under control, and lacking any other resource, he decides to intensify your work outs. He changes your jogging route to go around the city instead of through, adds addition exercises and increases your rep count, he gets you to wear weighted armlets and anklets and cranks up the intensity. You go along with it, but the next time you drag yourself to Beth's to work, you are soaked in sweat and barely able to pull yourself through the doors. Beth immediately comes to your aid and insists you go shower and take a nap to recover before even thinking about working.

Beth's guest room has a king sized bed and a large walk in shower. She had said her parents use this so it seems to be designed with enough room for two. You use the spray attachment of the shower head to wash yourself, having a lot of difficulty reaching every area, but manage to clean yourself sufficiently. You then flop onto the bed and are soon out like a light.

When you wake up, you find a tray on the side of the table, Beth fixed you a lunch. It is a sub sandwich with your usual texas donut, not your usual salad, but then Beth isn't privy to your usual lunch. And your starving from your workout, so you happily chow down. You then get dressed and go upstairs. You had slept a good few hours, so end up working only a half day, but Beth seems fine, and happily accepts you closing with her.

Afterwards you head back home, have a salad dinner, and go to sleep. The next day goes similar, with Albert pushing you as hard as he can, and Beth letting you recover before your shift. Finally your weigh in day comes and...
