Up: Game 2  Up: Game 2 Outline

Ram in lambs clothing?

At this point you know the drill, eat whatever is in front of you, avoid the obvious trap. Sighing you step forward towards the lamb. "Okay," you say in an exasperated tone, "Look, nothing personal, but stories a story," you say, reaching for the lamb. Suddenly the Lamb stands up, turn to you, a monocle over one eye. "I say, that's quite rude isn't it?" It says in a voice much too deep and British to be in what should be a young lamb.

You are taken aback enough to pause, while the lamb lifts a cane an thrusts the end into your stomach pushing you away, "I don't think you'll find me that easy to eat," he says, "Besides, you look like you've had more then enough, tubby."

"Wait... isn't this supposed to be the lamb and the wolf?" you ask, confused, and rubbing the sore spot from the cane, "Your supposed to try and convince me not to eat you as I try to justify it then eat you anyway," you say. "Why on earth would I do that?" says the lamb, "That is idiotic."

"Well... yeah, but so far I havn't had a choice in any of this," you say, "Any time I've tried to deviate leads me right back where I tried to leave."

"Well don't expect me to go along with this," says the Lamb, "Reginald Corvoy the third would never allow himself to be eaten by some fat, overfed wolf."

"Hey. I may be fat and over...." you start then realize he is accurately describing you, "Okay, fair point," you concede. You then see Fred sneaking up from behind, looking like he's ready to tackle the lamb.

Without turning, the Lamb flourishes his cane, and swings it so that it clocks Fred in the head. You swear you see stars as Fred collapse, knocked out cold. "Sorry chap, but you'll find you won't out fox me." he says.

"Okay, calm down," you say, trying to de-escalate the situation. "Look, we don't want to be here, but we don't have any ideas of how to get out of this, and I don't really want to eat you," you say, only for your stomach to rumble loudly, having not eaten anything since the last feast, "But this... story thing doesn't give us much choices, if you know some way to get around it, we'd be more then happy to try it..." you say, hoping the lamb has some idea since he seems so capable himself.
