Oh, give it up ...

"Okay", you tell the wolf, "you win. I'll accept your word that you're Fred Jacobsen."

"Gee", he replies sarcastically, "thank you so much..."

"Look", you tell him, "wouldn't you be a little nervous about a talking wolf that claims to live down the street from you?"

"Yes", he snaps back, "but it's really annoying when you're on the receiving end. Could we just go and get me into my house?"

You think he's probably right about that... but maybe you should have some sort of camouflage, to keep people from worrying about him. You could probably use your belt as an improvised collar and lead... but maybe he wouldn't like that.
