Nothing can be better, lounging around in the forest. Eating rotting meat off the ground. You wish you'd met the fellow before.
Burping, you lie in the moonlight, rubbing your full stomach. You have almost forgotten how it was to be human. Your sharp ears hear a spooky sort of singing in the background.
"The moon shines at night. The moon is big and bright. When it is full, we will find you all. No where to run, no where to hide. See your fur a growing, but what is on the inside. So long ago...no body knows. That a different kind hides within your lives."
You shiver, curling up into a ball as a large bat-like creature flies over your head, chittering as it lands in front of you. Unfurling its wings, it reveals what seems to be a gorgeous woman with a bat's body. She nudges your muzzle with a slow raspy hiss, and a strange mist covers your coyote self. You feel your body changing into the same sort of thing she is. A musical sound chirrups from her lips, but in your mind you hear the words spoken in english.
"You must come with me before they find us..."
