Something wrong

You stand up to breathe, What was that? A dog from Chernobyl? Whatever it was, it's dead now! "Ha ha ha! I'm the best!" You scream into the night. You start flexing your arm and admiring it. You feel so strong but don't know why... Then a pain starts in your stomach.
