DragonHeartburn

You feel a strong burning in your stomach, which gets worse and worse.

Your skin gets itchy and hard, and you feel something growing between your legs (It's a TAIL!!!).

You belch out a burst of fire, climb out of the sand, and realise you're a dragon!
