Worm worms

Anna starts to scratch your bare feet now, and your soft giggles turn into chortles. Worm squeezes you tighter and tighter until you have a lack of air from laughing and being squeezed to death. Finally, Queen Anna stops tickling for a moment and asks you something.

"Are you ready to talk?" Her long fingernail slowly moves up your sole. You barely can whisper out a response, "...No..." Worm is squeezing you so hard now, and Anna's using a prickly paintbrush to paint and tickle you...are you gonna talk?
