You ask the Chamberlain into what Prince Shane will transform. (S)he gives you a blameful look, but decides to tell you. "When a Prince of royal blood is subjected to the incredible torture of being foot-tickled by a Geale feather for more than fifteen minutes, within the hour he is transformed into a Super-Geagle. This has happened only twice in history, and no cure has been found for such a Prince or any of his unfortunate victims."
"Victims?" you ask.
"Yes," is the reply. "While the normal Geagle is a peaceful bird, who stays in his aerie and only tickles intruder, any Prince transformed into a Super-Geagle is possessed by an insatiable appetite to hunt down and tickle every person it can find. For most people, a minute of being tickled by a Super-Geagle is a ticket to permanent insanity. But, if I recall correctly, there are rumours of a possible antidote, although it has never been documented, and noone has ever attempted it..."
The Chamberlain looks at you expectantly. You try to decide whether or not to enquire into the mythical antidote, just as a great noise is heard and a swarm of people rush away, crying that the transformation of Prince Shane is beginning...
