Syringe out, Serum in.

Ray is reeling from the pain and you realise that you have to get the syringe out of his foot, serum or not.

You grab the syring with both hands and pull and pull. Finally the syringe pops out, but you accidently inject Ray's foot. The huge oaf starts to get giddy, and rolls his eyes.
